Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, political situations, or unexpected courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location.

• Inside Dhaka: [60 BDT]

• Outside Dhaka: [120 BDT]

The exact delivery charge will be shown during checkout or confirmed before your order is processed.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm your delivery details. Orders are prepared for shipment once confirmation is completed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.

For some locations or high-value orders, we may request a partial or full advance payment before dispatching the order. If this applies, our team will inform you before processing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide the courier details or tracking information whenever available so you can follow the delivery status.
